Fourth of July

I had a Fourth of July. We ended up not watching fireworks (except for virtual ones on the projector that we quickly grew tired of), but it was an awesome time anyway.

In totally unrelated news, photos2 now has an RSS feed, in case you want to follow updates without having to go through the trouble of checking my main website (which already syndicates everything).

Weekend

I had a weekend. It was a good, long weekend.
There were games.

There was also a Cohort Memorial Day BBQ.

Fun fun.

It’s kind of fun to shoot people when they’re backlit, especially now that I’ve figured out how to use my D90 properly. Sooo many buttons.

Edit: Moar!

(If you’re viewing this post through Facebook, they probably don’t animate. This is because Facebook is stupid.)

More Photos

I’ve uploaded photos from Sharon, Charles, and Matt’s wet bar party to photos2. (I keep typoing wet bart barty. Stupid BART. :P)

I’ve also gotten life updated up to present day. I kind of fail at continuing the daily photo project, but oh well.

Here’s some photos from Carnival from after I posted the batches to photos2:

Happy New Year

Given that it’s the first day of a new decade, I feel like I should make a post.
It’ll mostly be a dump of random photos from the past couple weeks.

The security line at SFO on my way out was insane. It wrapped around a ton of times before spilling out to the checkin counters area, where it wrapped around a bit to the left before going out to the right, and extending all the way to the end of the terminal. It took me 90 minutes to get through security. Got to the gate just as my flight was boarding. Bleah.

Decorating Christmas cookies is fun. I’m proud of my snowmen. And my snowmen trees. And my vampire tree/star/present.

Frosting!

Apples to Apples.

Snow! ZOMGZ!

A meat pie that I made. Om nom nom nom.

Fruit pies that I made. Om nom nom nom.

Parcheesi.

I’ve had a nice break. Friends are awesome.

Typing “10” for the year is still freaking me out a little. 2000 seems like only yesterday… and to think I was still in middle school at the time, pondering my high school choices. I feel so very old now.
